Jake Ryan is a Plano, Texas native who grew up in a big, loud Italian-Irish household where the music never stopped — George Strait & Ronnie Milsap on one end, Billy Joel & Elvis on the other — and somewhere in between, he found his voice. His love for music sparked when his grandpa gave him a guitar at the age of 8. It grew in 8th grade when his choir teacher had him sing a solo of Teddy Bear by Elvis. In college his childhood football passion transitioned to music.
From restaurants & wine bars to music venues, festivals & private events, Jake captivates audiences with his powerhouse vocals and heartfelt performances. He has headlined the Texas Music Revolution (McKinney), Texas Forever Fest (Plano), and Main Street Fest (Grapevine), won the Battle of the Balladeers singer/songwriter competition on 95.3 The Range and earned feature coverage on NBC 5 Dallas. His story has been featured on the Texas Homegrown Music Podcast with Maylee Thomas and Hometown Radio KBEC with DJ Alexx. His songwriting credentials now extend to the national stage as a featured artist at the Vegas Songwriters Festival.
Jake's down-to-earth demeanor and genuine connection with his fans have endeared him to a rapidly growing fanbase that stretches far beyond the borders of the Lone Star State.
Jake is a University of North Texas graduate, works full time writing, producing, & performing music, and is an educator in north Dallas.

Jake's voice has taken him far. A contender on NBC's The Voice, he has built one of the most credible independent resumes in the North Texas country scene. His debut EP Guys Like Me — produced by Dallas producer Jude Dyllan — launched in June 2023 and opened the door to Nashville, where Jake began writing, recording, and producing alongside Zac Maloy, hit songwriter and frontman of The Nixons. Since then, he has released over 20 singles and continued to sharpen a sound rooted in Texas tradition and built for national stages.
